What we collect
We have no accounts, newsletters or tracking scripts. The message tool on our contact page runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type is sent to us until you choose to email it. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and message.
Our hosting provider may record technical server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and reliability.
Why and on what basis
We process emails to reply to you, based on our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Server logs are processed for security under the same basis.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless needed for an ongoing matter. Server logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host the site or our email, under data processing agreements, and with authorities where the law requires.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Write to us at the address above. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
